    * Click "<b>Start</b>"<br />
    * Click "<b>Run</b>"<br />
    * Type "<b>cmd</b>" and hit Enter<br />

2. Changing Password with command line :<br />
    * Type in "<b>net user</b>"   (without the quotes)<br />
    * Look for the user if exists<br />
