Step 1 (Installing)
Download CamStudio 2.5 from HERE
Download K-Lite Mega Codec Pack from HERE
Extract the file CamStudio.2.5.b1.bin.zip to a specified folder.
Install K-Lite Mega Codec Pack.
Step 2 (Settings)
Run Recorder.exe from Camstudio Folder.
Go to Region => Fixed Region... and set the width to 854 and height to 480 and select Drag Corners to Pan, and click Ok.
Step 3 (Settings)
Go to Options => Enable Autopan.
Go to Options =>Video Options:Select ffdshow Video Codec
Set the Quality to 100
Unselect Auto Adjust
Set the Key Frames to 75
Set Capture Frames Every to 50
Set Playback Rate to 25
Step 4 (Recording)
To start recording click RECORD or press F8.
